Use the forms on this page to order DSL Internet access from FBS.NET. Note, DSL service is not available in all areas. If you have not already done so, please fill out our DSL Availability form to find out if your line qualifies. Otherwise, fill out the Subscriber Agreement and the appropriate Service Order (below) and fax them to us to get your order started. Someone from FBS.NET will contact you shortly to confirm your order.
While FBS.NET does not require a contract for any of its services, we are required by both Embarq and BellSouth to keep all DSL lines active for at least six months or pay a hefty early termination penalty. With that in mind, we ask that you do not order DSL service unless you intend to keep it, at the same location, for at least six months.
